🇵🇹 PTA classic Porto dish created by José Ferreira Gomes de Sá. It is an oven-baked casserole of flaked salt cod, tender potatoes, and hard-boiled eggs.

Soak the cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water three times, then boil briefly and flake into pieces.

Boil the potatoes in salted water until firm but cooked, then slice them into rounds.

Hard-boil the eggs for 9 minutes, peel, and slice them into quarters.

Sauté the sliced onions and minced garlic in olive oil until golden and soft.

Layer half of the sliced potatoes at the bottom of an ovenproof baking dish.

Add the flaked cod and the onion mixture over the potatoes, then top with the remaining potatoes.

Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes until the top is slightly crispy and golden.
