🇹🇷Two questions, two answers
Both drinks begin with boiling water poured into a mug, but they build flavor in very different ways. Heiße Zitrone puts lemon at the center: the juice of a whole large lemon is stirred with honey for a sharp, tangy cup in which the citrus acidity cuts through the honey's sweetness. Linden Flower Tea instead steeps dried flowers, covered, for five to seven minutes, giving a pale golden infusion with a sweet, floral aroma. Here, honey and a thin slice of lemon are optional finishing touches rather than the backbone of the drink.
