Classic Buck's Fizz vs Mimosa

Both drinks are built from the same two chilled ingredients, sparkling wine and orange juice, but their proportions set them apart. The Buck's Fizz uses one part juice to two parts wine for a wine-forward, livelier glass, while the Mimosa's even 1:1 split makes it noticeably more citrus-led. The pouring order differs too: Buck's Fizz starts with juice topped gently with wine, whereas the Mimosa pours wine first and finishes with juice. Each gets only a gentle stir or swirl to protect the bubbles, and both may carry an optional orange slice or peel twist on the rim.
